Lexus

I consulted for Lexus to strengthen their wholesale e-commerce presence, enhancing the digital platform for collision centers and parts sales. I developed eight strategic promotion tactics and eight UI/UX improvements that streamlined navigation and improved conversion outcomes across customer segments.

I also designed eight marketing strategies and four consumer journey maps to align offerings with dealer and customer needs. Delivering six final recommendations with full rollout strategy, AI integrations, and KPI-based performance frameworks, I helped position Lexus to scale its B2B and B2C e-commerce impact across North America.
