I consulted for Warner Bros.’ Digital Loyalty team to reimagine audience engagement for 1.5 million+ A-List members across four countries. I redesigned six major UI features to improve content visibility and user retention, translating complex data on engagement gaps into a cleaner, more intuitive loyalty experience.
Alongside senior strategists, I spearheaded a Gen-Z loyalty initiative, analyzing 300+ survey responses to identify new customer touchpoints. I built a six-month go-to-market plan with an $80K budget, created the Gen-Z web-section UI/UX in Figma, and road-mapped four brand partnership strategies, laying the foundation for Warner Bros.’ next phase of youth-focused digital growth.
