I built Sync, a premium AI-powered matching and project-management platform that builds high-trust relationships between vetted creatives and startups. I've led the product from concept to MVP, wireframing the full experience in Figma, designing the AI-matching system, and directing a cross-functional build with three software engineers across Cursor and Supabase. I coordinated user testing with 15 beta creatives and startup founders, refining the UX and database structure to create seamless collaboration between both sides.
Alongside the product, we curated a full pre-seed deck positioning Sync for investor readiness. Sync allowed me to take an idea from 0-1, building a product from an idea, gaining validation, and then attempting to nail all the pillars of what I believe marks an ideal pre-seed startup opportunity.
