I built Sync, a premium AI-powered matching and project-management platform that builds high-trust relationships between vetted creatives and startups. I've led the product from concept to MVP, wireframing the full experience in Figma, designing the AI-matching system, and directing a cross-functional build with three software engineers across Cursor and Supabase. I coordinated user testing with 15 beta creatives and startup founders, refining the UX and database structure to create seamless collaboration between both sides.
Alongside the product, we curated a full pre-seed deck positioning Sync for investor readiness. The goal of Sync was to build what I believe is an ideal pre-seed startup: one that hits every pillar of my investment ideology, demonstrates the build of an AI-personalized product, and proves itself through meaningful traction if we pursue the venture.
