I co-founded "BDC", a fashion label created to solve the lack of meaningful college apparel design and the disconnect between students and school culture. We set out to redefine campus wear through a community-first storytelling approach, high-quality design, and spotlighting diverse experiences that represent Cal. As COO and Head of Strategy, I led operations, finance, and GTM, executing eight pop-up events that sold over 2,400 units and generated $120K+ in revenue within a year and a half.
With hands-on execution, I directed the end-to-end product lifecycle with a customer-first approach across concept design, financial projections, and market execution. I ideated and launched 20 multimedia campaigns that reached over 4 million views, directing storytelling videography and spearheading 12 collaborations with emerging designers, models, and artists to elevate the brand’s creative and cultural impact.
