What was wrong – Wellness was meant to be clarity. Instead it became a pile of memberships, supplements and treatments, each chosen for someone else’s life. The people spending most on their health are the most anxious about it.
My call – Build the only product in the category that subtracts.
What shipped – A web app where you enter everything you do for your wellbeing and connect your wearable. A routing system sorts 200+ habits, supplements and services by what can actually be measured on a person: what’s yours, what to drop and what it cost you, what your data can test.
What it did – In build, aimed at a market with high willingness to pay and no confidence in what it’s buying. [X people, average $X a month identified for cutting.]
